Sound post 3

I will this time post a few glitch compositions I made around the end of 2nd semester at ArT. I played around with some samples on my computer and later burned them on some cheap CDs. I bought cheap CDs because they had to be sliced and cut with scissors in order to create some nice "skips" and weird glitches when the CDs were being played. I then again recorded each CD (with the skipping and glitches) into my computer again via an external USB soundcard.

I did not make any kind of changes to the new recordings, because I wanted the composition to be random and NOT controlled by me. As the final thing i stored the recordings on external wave-players (the mp3 and recorder on the picture). Several recordings were played back again, at the sam time, through the mixer (picture) and then recorded by the computer once again....

The outcome was some pretty weird randomized compositions

The compositions have been uploaded to www.soundcloud.com, as they always do!!. Im a bit disappointed that blogspot does not allow audio uploads!!, but anyway here are the links...
